Hello! Let my tell you about a magical place called Umelt!! Umelt is a grilled cheese restaurant that opened up across the street from campus. When you walk in they have a board that lets you know all the places they received their produce from that week to make the grilled cheese sandwiches!! I just thought that was so cool! Many of the farms listed are local. When you walk in they are friendly and ready to take your order. It's a nice little place to hangout and eat with friends. Umelt has a variety of different grilled cheeses and they serve beer and wine! I love going there for lunch it just makes me feel great when I eat their grilled cheese. It's my favorite little new spot!
